BGA inspection optical probe

Low aperture BGA optical probe (spare part). The optical quality and rigid design turns it into a truly useful inspection tool. Together with the Flexia microscope, the optical probe (mounted on its lens) delivers high-resolution images of solder balls with a stand-off down to 50 microns. The stainless steel prism housing protects the optics from accidental damages.

This optical probe can be ordered as a replacement part in case original probe is damaged.
